One thing I have learned today is I think team work is very important. At beginning, I can't rowing. After Mr. Herding teach, we can rowing. I learned when we rowing, two people must work together and control the direction, the boat will cross well.

I know this is a while after the fact, but I do remember Sunday. I learned that the people living on the river move their floating houses near the temple we went to. The idea of a floating village and then that village floating off to other places in the wet season was really mind blowing.

2. As the first night we arrived in Cambodia. Leaders gave us a homework that wrote down what did you learn, what did you see and what do you think. So now I will write them down here. First of all, as the wheel of plane touched the ground of Cambodia, the local airport is not as busy as other airports, so i thought that's what a developing country looks like. and i learned the buda

I learned about Cambodian cultural history. The culture they believe in were separated in to two different branches of Buddhism, which both represent the supreme religious position for all the priests. According to Buddhists, different hand postures of the Buddha represents different situations he is in right now, like nirvana, meditation, etc..

One thing that I learned on Sunday was that some Cambodian people lived on "floating houses", which can be moved from place to place depending on the season. It was also shocking that the river that they lived on was the most important source of food and transportation.
